For Bliss is a holistic health organization
providing services for nutrition, cleansing and living
foods. We are here to guide you with your cleanse, help
you develop the right food plan, and to provide living
food services and education that support maintaining
a healthy lifestyle in our busy lives.
Food fuels our body, mind and spirit. What we eat or
don’t eat affects our consciousness; enhancing
our level of presence or dimming it. Cleansing and nutrition
are the foundations, along with education of fun, energizing
food options. Each body type is different. There is
no “one way” that works for everyone. It
is important to give your body the right synergy of
food, and, if necessary, supplementation to provide
the optimum balance of energy and nourishment. Our team
is here to support you.
Our Services ~ We provide Holistic
Nutrition Consultations to guide you with your food
and supplement needs based on our assessment of your
constitution, toxicity levels and acute health issues.
We create food plans including a 100% raw vegan diet
only if necessary or desired by the client. A Quantum
Biofeedback Resonance Device can be used in session
to assess and treat imbalances in the body. Office sessions
are available in Ojai and phone sessions are available
for those of you not in the area. General Quantum
sessions are also available, please inquire.
It is important to cleanse twice a year for maintenance
and prevention. We offer several Cleanse
Programs that vary according to your past experience
and present health condition. It is recommended to work
with someone if you are cleansing for the first time.
A great place to start is the intestinal tract. Please

cleanses we suggest.
Live Food Preparation
Classes are offered seasonally through out Southern
California. Our focus is to provide fundamentals of
recipe development through our use of charts, demo’s
and class exercises to practice techniques and concepts.
Classes are fun, educational and expansive. Please visit

Bliss Delivered
~ “Gourmet Organic Vegan Live Food Cuisine”
delivered weekly for residents of Ojai, Ventura and
Santa Barbara. We have been providing this service since
Spring 2003 and it is a hit!
